Traditionally, at "KOURIKOS S.A." spices industry we use the spices and herbs that we trade and, thus, we share our customers' demands. With our experience in the food industry, we find high quality raw materials in Greece and abroad and care with passion for their processing.

We produce exclusively high quality Greek oregano - after all, the Greek climate favors its cultivation. To ensure the excellence of the final product, we cooperate with the farmers, choose and test the crop, and process the oregano with modern equipment at every separate stage of production -harvesting, drying, purification, separation, packaging.

We produce egg dyeing products, thus maintaining the Greek tradition, and expand the range by designing innovative styles of egg decoration. Our patents are applied at the Flopy and Asteroskoni (Stardust) product lines.

We continuously enrich the range of our products, responding to our customers' new needs. We design and test spice blends, tea, packaging and processing methods, new sorts of products, and we constantly invest in new industrial equipment.

At the modern factory unit of 3,500 sq.m., in a 10,000 sq.m. building plot in the Industrial Area of Thessaloniki, we check, process, and package the products. By training the employees and using specialized equipment, we maintain an efficient production and ensure that the high quality of the raw materials is transferred to the final product.

To ensure and certify the best quality, we designed a Quality Management System, according to the international standard ISO 9001:2000, and a Food Safety Management System, according to the international standard of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points - HACCP / ISO 22000.
